The left and right screens are in good condition, with light but noticeable marks from normal use. The casing is also in good cosmetic condition, showing light but noticeable scuffs, scratches, and general wear. There are two pieces broken off of the headset. One for the left speaker and one on the right side of the headset, exposing the springs. DOES NOT AFFECT FUNCTIONALITY. All ports are clean and in good condition. The headband is in good condition with light to moderate wear and may have small stains or noticeable scuffs. The connecting cables are in good condition with light wear. This headset does not include any controllers. The facial interface is in good condition with light but noticeable wear and may show small cracks, scuffs, scratches, or other wear. Functionality condition:

Both the left and right screens are fully functional with no damage or issues. Audio was tested by playing a video and works properly, and the camera is working well with clear images. No controllers are included with this headset.
